Every collective bargaining agreement published by the New York City Office of Labor Relations, plus the major NYC public-sector contracts that bargain outside OLR — UFA, UFOA, NYSNA at NYC Health + Hospitals, and PSC at CUNY. Many of these contracts are published only as scanned image PDFs whose text isn't selectable; this site OCRs every page so the full text of every agreement is searchable, taggable by topic, and quotable with a stable link to the source clause. That OCR process also explains why some contracts contain transcription mistakes — the worst-affected ones are marked heavy OCR errors.
