A note on these numbers

Each curated entry carries a verification badge:

  • Verified against contract text — both percentages and effective dates were quoted directly from the OCR'd contract.
  • Partially verified — percentages quoted from the contract; some effective dates were inferred from the contract's stated term and visible step-spacing.
  • Set by parent agreement (UOCEA) — for SBA and DEA, the unit-bargaining letter incorporates the Uniformed Coalition Economic Agreement; the percentages shown are the parent's, not invented for this entry.
  • GWI lives in PDF appendix — for UFT, the salary tables live in Appendix A and don't extract cleanly from the source PDF's text layer; we don't fabricate percentages. UFT publicly settles to the civilian pattern (~16.21% compounded).

All percentages are compounded — the standard NYC bargaining convention. They do not include longevity differentials, recurring increment payments (RIPs), assignment differentials, or title-specific equity adjustments, which can add several percentage points to total compensation growth for some titles.

The $3,000 ratification bonus appears in the civilian-pattern contracts (DC 37, UFT, CSA, CWA 1180, IBT 237, 1199 SEIU H+H, Doctors Council). The uniformed-pattern contracts and PBA's prior round do not include this bonus; they have different supplementary provisions (annual annuity contributions, retroactive pay, etc.).

The 82 non-curated contracts show only what regex extraction picked up from the first ~8,000 characters of OCR'd text. Treat those as candidates, not facts.
